Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the DubaiTripHub website. Please read them before using the site — by browsing it or creating an account, you accept them.

Pending owner review

This page is a complete working draft. Three legally-operative details must be supplied and checked by the site owner before it should be relied upon: the full legal name and registration or licence number of the operating entity, its registered address, and the governing law and competent courts in section 11. They are marked below.

1. What DubaiTripHub is

DubaiTripHub ("we", "us", "the site") is an online directory of licensed tourism providers in Dubai and the wider UAE. We publish provider listings for tours and activities, UAE visa services, car rental and holiday homes, and we give you ways to contact those providers.

We are not a travel agent, tour operator, or booking platform. We do not sell any of the services listed on the site, do not take bookings, and do not process payments. Any contract you enter into is between you and the provider, on the provider's own terms.

Because of this, we charge you nothing. There is no booking fee and no commission added to the prices shown.

2. Your account

Browsing the site does not require an account. You need one to save listings to a wishlist, to send an enquiry to a provider, and to view a provider's direct phone number.

  • You must give accurate details when registering, and keep them up to date.
  • You must be old enough to enter into a contract in your country of residence. The site is not intended for children.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account.
  • One person, one account. Do not share an account or register on someone else's behalf without their permission.
  • Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

We verify your email address, and may verify your phone number by one-time code, before an account becomes fully usable.

3. Acceptable use

When using DubaiTripHub, you agree not to:

  • scrape, harvest, crawl at abusive rates, or otherwise bulk-extract listings, provider contact details, or any other content;
  • use provider contact details obtained here for unsolicited marketing of any kind;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, other users' accounts, or any underlying system;
  • upload or transmit anything unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or that infringes someone else's rights;
  • interfere with the site's operation, including by overloading it or circumventing any security or rate-limiting measure;
  • misrepresent who you are, or impersonate a provider or a member of our team.

We apply rate limits and account lockouts to protect the site and its providers. These are security measures, and attempting to work around them is a breach of these terms.

4. Listings and their accuracy

Listing content — descriptions, photographs, prices, inclusions, availability and terms — is supplied by the provider, not written by us. Providers are responsible for keeping it accurate and current.

We review providers before their listings go live and require a valid licence for the activity concerned. That verification concerns the business: that it exists, that it is who it claims to be, and that it is licensed to trade. It is not an inspection of any individual tour, vehicle or property, and it is not an endorsement or a guarantee of quality.

Prices and availability change. Always confirm the current price, what is included, and the cancellation terms with the provider before you commit.

5. Dealing with providers

When you contact a provider through the site — by enquiry form, by phone, or by WhatsApp — you are dealing with an independent business. Your booking, payment, cancellation, refund and complaint all sit between you and that provider, and are governed by their terms, not ours.

We are not a party to that contract and cannot arrange, amend, cancel or refund anything on your behalf. If a provider is unresponsive or something has gone seriously wrong, do tell us — we want to know, and persistent problems affect whether a provider stays listed — but please raise the issue with the provider first.

6. Content and intellectual property

The site's design, layout, code, text and branding belong to us or our licensors. Listing content and provider logos belong to the providers. You may view and share pages normally, and link to them freely. You may not copy, republish, or build a derivative service from the site's content without written permission.

If you believe content on the site infringes your rights, contact us with the details and we will investigate.

7. Availability of the site

We aim to keep DubaiTripHub available and working, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. The site may be unavailable for maintenance, or because of a fault or an event outside our control. We may add, change or withdraw features at any time.

The site links to third-party sites, including providers' own websites and WhatsApp. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

8. Limits of our responsibility

The site and its content are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties about accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability.

We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any provider, for the quality or safety of any service you buy from one, or for any loss arising from a transaction between you and a provider. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or opportunity.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Suspending or closing an account

You can stop using the site at any time and ask us to close your account — see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is used to abuse providers or other users, or where we are required to do so by law. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site changes. The version published here is always the current one, and the "last updated" date at the top tells you when it changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

To be confirmed by the site owner

This section must name the governing law and the competent courts, and must match the jurisdiction in which the operating entity is actually registered (mainland Dubai and each free zone differ). It has deliberately been left blank rather than filled with a plausible guess.

12. Contacting us

Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page.

To be confirmed by the site owner

The full legal name of the operating entity, its trade licence or registration number, and its registered address should be published here.
